| 摘 要： | 目前典当业尚未获得与国民经济同步的发展。这里以北京市为例做初步探索。北京市典当行业经过了二十多年的发展,取得了很大成就,但还存在一定问题。这些问题具有普遍性。典当业的发展是一个综合的问题,需要立法部门、市场管理部门、行业协会和企业全力配合。

| Abstract: | So far, the development of China's pawn mortgage industry has not yet been synchronized with the national economy. The preliminary exploration is made in this essay which takes the development of pawn mortgage industry in Beijing as an example. There have been great achievements in the mortgage industry in Beijing after over 20-year development. However, there are still some existing problems, which are universally typical. The development of pawn mortgage industry is a comprehensive problem, which can only be solved under full cooperation of legislature, market administrative authority, associations and enterprises. |
