论科学发展观指引下地方高校法治教育的发展

高校法学专业是掌握社会主义法治国家建设前沿理论、培养社会主义法治国家专业法律人才，为国家法治战略的实施提供思想与理论支撑的重要阵地，地方高校在培养专门人才的同时，充分发挥自身优势，建设成为大学生法律素质与法治精神养成、本地区法律咨询与社会服务、周边区域专有法律问题研究的三大基地，服务地方经济社会建设，推进本地法治进程，服务本地人民生产与生活，应该成为地方高校法治教育的发展趋向。

Development of Law Education in Local Colleges and Universities Guided by the Outlook of Scientific Development

The law specialty in universities is an important position for mastering the frontier theory of building a socialist country under the rule of law, for nurturing professional law personnel of socialist country under the rule of law, and for providing ideological and theoretical support to actualizing the national strategy of ruling by law. While nurturing professional personnel, local universities should exert their own advantages to be a base of training undergraduates law quality and mind of ruling by law, a base of providing law consultation service to local area, a base of studying the particular laws of surrounding areas. The local universities should tend to provide service to the local social and economic construction, to advance the local building of the legal system, and to give service to the local people＇s production and life.
