| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来和科学技术的发展,以团队为基础的工作方式显得越来越重要。文章对高校团队建设的基本内涵和重要性进行了阐述,并就如何构建高效团队提出了建议,特别是提出了利用虚拟团队的设想。

This essay elaborates the fundamental connotation and importance, and proposes a few suggestions on how to construct a high efficient work-team, particularly the tentative idea of subjunctive work-team. |
