| 摘 要： | 现代社会中,志愿者扮演的角色越来越重要,志愿者这一重要的社会资源越来越得到人们的重视,如何更好地开发和利用志愿者资源成为人们关注的话题.本文在对我国志愿服务现状进行分析的基础上提出了志愿服务保障体系法律化、志愿服务激励人性化的志愿者激励机制的建设构想.
