| 摘 要： | 一、引言长期以来 ,如何评价工业企业的运行效益一直是一个比较敏感的问题 ,国家统计局、财政部以及众多的国内金融证券研究机构都进行了大量的研究 ,一些研究成果也在各自特定的范围内被引用。但是 ,由于指标和权数选择的主观性较强 ,方法解释困难 ,或是缺乏数据方面的支持 ,这些评价方法在权威性和市场认同方面 ,都存在不同程度的缺陷。 二、经济效益评价指标的发展进程 计划经济时期 ,经济管理部门主要通过产值指标考核企业的经营情况。 80年代初 ,随着改革开放的进行 ,经济工作逐渐转移到以提高企业经济效益为中心的轨道上来 ,有…

The Restructure of System of Indicators to Evaluate Industrial Economic Efficiency |

| Abstract: | Based on the consideration of abnormal development of the old system of indicators, the excursion of weights and the influence of super stable indicators, the paper presents the theoretical foundation to construct a new system. With regard to the ehoosing of indicators and the relevant weights, it is very important to avoid the personal influence. Finally the author successfully establishes a new system of indicators to evaluate efficiency. |
