我国高校职业指导工作探索与实践

近年来,随着我国高校对职业指导工作重要性的认识逐步深入,高校职业指导工作的开展取得了不少成绩,但也存在很多问题。本文分析了高校职业指导工作开展的现状,从明确高校职业指导的内涵、更新职业指导理念、建立监督和保障机制、创新方式方法和构建职业指导服务体系方面入手,探索我国高校如何实现更高质量的职业指导。

Exploration and Practice of Career Guidance Work in Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning

In recent years, with the gradual deepening of understanding of China＇s institutions of higher learning towards the importance of career guidance, the career guidance work in colleges and universities has made many achievements, but there are many problems. This paper analyzes the present situation of the college career guidance work, starting from making clear about the connotation of career guidance in colleges and universities, updating vocational guidance idea, establishing supervision and guarantee mechanism, innovating methods and constructing career guidance service system, explores how Chinese colleges and universities achieve higher quality career guidance.
