| 摘 要： | 现代人的活动无论在广度上还是深度上受到新闻媒体的影响比以往任何时候都要大,尤其是在现代社会,政治、经济、生活、文化等多种与人们息息相关的领域新闻都有着不可忽视的作用,受众的价值观、审美观、思维方式都受到很大的影响,随之而来的问题也在新闻传播过程中频频出现,一些新闻竟为了增加收视率或者点击率,制造出新闻侵权、新闻越权等有违法律人权的事情。

| Abstract: | Modem people＇s activities have been affected by new media more greatly than ever before in both the breadth and depth, especially in modem society, many kinds of field news closely related to people such as in politics, economy, life and culture, have a role can not be ignored; the audience＇s values, aesthetic values, ways of thinking are greatly affected, the problem also appears frequently in the process of news communication; some news produces news infringement, news ultra vires etc. the things contrary to law or human rights only for in- creasing audience ratings or click rate. |
