| 摘 要： | 提高公务员依法行政能力是全面推进依法行政、建设法治政府的迫切需要,是落实依法治国方略的根本保障。本文从加强依法行政意识、提高依法行政能力、加强程序观念、注重法制宣传等方面进行了分析,提出了建议与要求。

| Abstract: | Improving the ability of administration by law of public servants is the urgent need for comprehensively promoting administration according to law and building the law - based government, and is the fundamental guarantee of implementing the strategy of ruling the country by law. This paper carries on the analysis from the aspects of strengthening the consciousness of administration according to law, improving the ability of administration according to law, enhancing the procedure concept, and paying attention to legal system publicity, puts forward suggestions and requirements. |
