| Abstract: | In the development of colleges and universities, human resources are the most important, while talent problem is the key problem. The competition for high-level talents both in China and abroad poses a rigorous challenge to colleges and universities. To promote their development, the personnel management under the current situation should focus on the training and attraction of the talents, as well as reasonable employment of them. |
