| 摘 要： | 本文从认知学的角度,对法律语言学的发展现状、学科成因、理论框架进行了全面梳理,并且依据语言对法律的意义关系,详细论证了立法语言、司法语言和执法语言的程式化结构所体现的法律语言学的主体框架、认知特性和社会实用价值。研究指出未来法律语言学研究在法律工作实践中的核心作用是如何有效地增强其社会的实用性。

| Abstract: | In the light of cognitive theory,this paper gives an all-round elaboration on the current developing situation,the cause of the discipline formation and the theoretical framework of forensic linguistics.It also demonstrates their main-body framework,cognitive features and functional values of society embodied by the procedural structure of legislative language,judicial language and law-enforced language.The research shows strengthening social function of forensic linguistics is the key in law practice in the future. |
