| 摘 要： | 国家社会科学规划项目是在国家层面上支持人文社会科学研究的主渠道,承担国家社科项目的多寡,完成质量的好坏,反映着一所大学在人文社会科学方面的研究水平和整体实力。因此,如何组织国家项目的申报,做好国家项目的管理,努力营造有利于高层次科学研究的良好环境,不断探索制度创新,是推进社科研究上水平、出效益的关键。本文从理论联系实际的角度对此进行了有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | The project of the National Social Sciences Program Fund is the main channel of supporting the research of humane studies on the national level.The number and quality of the national social science projects which a university takes reflect its level and integral strength of scientific research if humane studies.As a result how to organise the national projects declaration and management how to build good environment which is fit for high level research how to explore the institutional innovation continously are the key of advancing the level and the benefit of the social science research.This article dicusses this point deeply from the angle of the integration of theory with practice. |
