| 摘 要： | 邓小平在领导新时期军队和国防建设中 ,突出强调军事制度改革和完善在其中的作用 ,并把它作为推进我军建设的重要途径。邓小平具有时代特色的军制改革的战略思想 ,不但从实际出发 ,确立起军制改革的方针原则 ,而且其一系列论述涉及到几乎所有的军事制度领域。特别是他着重抓的一些重大方面的建章立制 ,大大地促进了我军的革命化、现代化和正规化建设。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiao-ping emphasized the important function of the reform of military system in the construction of the Army and national defence in new period,in the meantime, he regarded it as an important way of modernization of our Army. Deng Xiao-ping's strategic thinking of military system reform with era characteristics not only defined the principles of military system reform but also expound almost all fields of military system. Especially, he lead in person some importances of military system reform, which accelerated quickly revolutionization, modernization and regularization of our army. |
