| 摘 要： | 统一后的德国必须面对伴随机遇同时到达的挑战。早已存在的经济衰退、体制僵化以及劳动市场失灵等多种原因 ,使德国遭遇前所未有的失业困境。因为不断增多的失业人数 ,德国政府与社会在昂贵的福利制度下背负了越来越沉重的负担 ,经济发展进入恶性循环。为此 ,科尔政府及后来的施罗德政府开始了坚苦卓绝的改革。从政府至民众的各种努力在新的世纪开始得到初步成效

| Abstract: | When Germany was unified,the country must face all kinds of difficulties.Because of the economical declension, ossifying mechanism and the malfunction of laborer market,etc.Germany has been undergoing the social crisis caused by unemployment.So the government has taken a series of measures,and the public has tried its best to create more working chances too .Now ,we can see that Germany is recovering . |
