| Abstract: | In the light of the situation of Chinese economic development, this paper analyses the features of the graduates'employment under nowadays economic situation-the requirement of society is improved; the demand of the graduates is unbalanced, and the graduates' concept of employment are changing obviously. The paper also offers corresponding measures and suggestions. |
