中国企业屡遭反倾销的原因和对策探析

入世后我国企业屡遭反倾销指控 ,其深层原因主要是国际贸易保护、替代价格的风险、出口秩序混乱、涉案企业不积极应诉以及我国反倾销立法和机构不健全。为此我国必须提高反倾销意识 ,出口企业加快建立现代企业制度 ,从全球竞争角度来制定和实施产品战略 ,理顺外贸秩序 ,强化行业协会、进出口商会的作用 ,健全我国的反倾销立法 ,建立健全反倾销机构 ,积极应对国外对我国的反倾销指控

Why Chinese Business Often Suffer from Anti-dumping and Its Countermeasure after Entering into WTO

After the entering into WTO, Chinese businesses often suffer from the accusing of anti-dumping. The most important reasons are: 1) the safeguard of international trade. 2) the risk of substitutive price. 3) the disorder of export. 4) the businesses concerning with the case not answer to the appeal actively. 5) our Chinese legislation ,department and staffs of anti-dumping are not complete. In order to solve these problems, we must have the idea of anti-dumping. The exporting corporations should set up the new systems quickly. The production strategies must be established and carried out in the global competitive point of view. We should arrange the order of foreign trade, strengthen the role of the guild and chamber of commerce of import and export, and perfect the law and the institutions of anti-dumping. By these ways, we can reply to the charge of anti-dumping by foreign countries completely.
