知识经济时代高师人才目标定位与课程模式构建

知识经济时代需要高师人才具有优良的恩德素质、厚实的知识素质、较强的能力素质和过硬的身心素质,而现行的高师课程体系与知识经济时代的高师人才目标定位不相适应.因此,应通过增加选修课、重组课程结构、拓展和丰富教育学科课程、强化通识课、加强学生实践能力的培养等途径来构建新的高师课程模式.

Construction of Courses Structure and Definition of Talent Goals in Normal School of Higher Learning in an Era of knowledge Economy

In an era of knowledge economy,it is necessary for the talents in normal school of higher learning to have the qualities of mental and moral excellence,of well-stored knowledge,of reinforced abilities and of good physical and mental state.But the current courses system is not in accordance to the definition of talent goals in normal school of higher learning in an era of knowledge economy.Therefore,it is better to construct a new courses structure in normal school of higher learning by means of increasing the amount of optional courses,reassociating the structure of the courses,broadening and enriching the relevent pedagogical courses,strengthening courses of commonsense,and enhancing the training of students' practical abilities etc.
