师范类高校实践教育模式及基地建设的思考与建议

摘    要:师范类高校教育实践大多存在着教育实践模式单一、基地建设滞后、教育经费投入不足以及教育实践定位过窄、中小学衔接教育实践缺位等问题. 目前,师范类高校教育实践的当务之急,一是增加教育实习时间,建立多级的实践教育基地;二是构建以区县主城两级实践模式为主的多级多样的实践教育模式;三是加强中小学的衔接实习,实行中小学全程教育实践;四是实习规范管理、评价科学.

Speculation and Suggestions on Patterns and Construction of Bases for Practical Education
Abstract:There exist a lot of problems in educational practice for liberal arts in Chinese higher learning, such as monotonous patterns, severely lagged construction of educational bases, shortage of educational funds, much too narrow orientation of educational practice, lack of links to educational practice in middle and elemen-tary schools, and so on. After huge amount of theoretical and practical exploration, the author thinks the ur-gent needs for educational practice for liberal arts are as follows:1 . Increase time for educational exercitation and establish multilevel bases for educational practice. 2. Construct multilevel and diverse educational practice patterns based mainly on thetwo-level practical pattern based in central towns in districts and counties. 3 . Enhance links to exercitation in middle and elementary schools so as to carry out a whole-process educational practice in such schools. And 4. Regulate the administration of exercitation and evaluate it scientifically.
