建设宁波国际港口城市的战略思考

文章分三部分。一、从亚太地区海洋运输产业和沿海经济发展趋势分析宁波港口城市国际化机遇；从工业化、城市化和比较中分析其经济水平把握国际化时机；从港口优势和区域经济发展战略目标需要，指出宁波有条件建成国际性港口城市。二、认为强化宁波中心城市地位是顺应城市国际化的需要。并论证了调整城市经济区的现实意义和进行城市经济规划的作用。三、指出调整产业结构，突出发展国际服务贸易，将大大加快城市国际化步伐。

A STRATEGIC REFLECTION ON BUILDING OF NINGBO INTO AN INTERNATIONAL PORT CITY

This article is divided into the parts.1.An analysis is made of the opportunity for the internationalization of Ningbo port city from the angle of the oceanic transportation industry in the Pacific -Asian region and the economic development tendency in coastal areas.Another analysis is als made of Ningbo's economic competence to grasp the chane for internationalization from the perspective of industrization,urbanization and by means of comparison.It is pointed out that there are favourable condition for Ningbo to develop into international port city with the advantages of harbours and the need to fulfil the strategic target of economic development.2.To intensify Ningbo as a central city is considered to comply with the need for the internationalzation of city.it is also discussed that the adjustment of urban economic area is of realistic significance and the urban economic planning can play an important role.3.It is pointed out that the adjustment of industrial structure and the emphasis on the development of international service trade can markedly spee up the internationalization of city.
