Study of the Administrative Licensing Scope

In order to find out the conflict and blank points of the issues concerning the administrative licensing scope,with the means of analytical and social positivisms,the paper analyses and discusses the problems from the logic starting point for the range of setting up proposition for administrative licensing and the existing problems and their settlement,coordinates the relationship of the rights and interests of the administrative personnel and the public interests of the state and the society from the aspect of rule of law,so as to promote the orderly,healthy,and steady growth of the social interests as a whole in China.
