素质教育与创造精神的培养

摘    要:素质教育不仅要把人类已有的知识、经验、道德规范传递给下一代,还要特别重视自我修养能力、创造能力和应用能力的培养.未来的竞争是创新思想的竞争,未来人才应具有创造精神.因此,教师要培养学生强烈的创造欲望,组织学生的创造行为,鼓励学生去发现问题,找出解决问题的方法和途径.创造精神是创造力发展的灵魂和动力,培养学生创造精神应从培养创造意识、激发创造热情、磨砺创造意志、优化创造品格、开展创造活动等五个方面进行.
