论纵横家对传统道德的叛逆

先秦纵横家对传统道德的叛逆主要体现在两个方面:一是纵横家破除了传统的圣王合一观念,提出了圣王相分的主张,使得以权力为本位的"王"的观念与以知识为本位的"圣"的观念相互分离;二是他们以功利主义态度来对待义等传统道德规范,提倡一种超人主义道德观。

The Political Strategists'Rebellion against Traditional Morality

The political strategists' moral philosophy was the rebellion against traditional morality. This rebellion is mainly incarnated in two fields. First, the political strategists fought against the traditional idea of "king was sage". They held that a sage was a different sort of man against a king. Second, they treated the traditional morale by utilitarian attitude. They argued that a sage was not the embodiment of the traditional morality, but the superman to these morale.
