| 摘 要： | 发展是客观事物的普遍规律。马克思、恩格斯的历史唯物主义提出了关于人类社会发展的丰富理论和观点。党的三代中央领导集体又在社会主义革命和建设实践中丰富和发展了这一发展观。以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央所提出的科学发展观,则对中国历史和现实发展进行了很好的阐释,是马克思主义世界观和方法论的集中体现,具有马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的普适性。
