| Abstract: | In the light of systernatology and management theory, we argue that the current students management system in our university runs on the strategy of "relying on individual faculties and moving the focuses of students work down to grass - roots units". This practice accords with the trend in higher education development. We also puts forth some new idas as to how to improve the students management in our university. |
