| Abstract: | The models of knowledge innovation in enterprises have aroused intense interests in the knowledge management researches. From the perspective of knowledge management,this paper has elaborated the concept and structure of knowledge. The meanings and strategies of knowledge management are also analyzed in the paper. After reviewing the existing models of knowledge innovation in enterprises, the author has developed his integrated model of knowledge innovation,which is presented in the last part of the paper |
