| Abstract: | The new situation of the secrecy work in international exchange and cooperation of Universities are analyzed, the link including the hidden danger and channel of stealing a secret are introduced. The methods of eliminating them are given. The countermeasure of the secrecy work in international exchange and cooperation of Universities are further introduced. The practice of the secrecy measurement work proves its validity. |
