京津经济一体化研究

为适应加入 WTO后的新形势 ,应对 2 1世纪国内外激烈竞争的挑战 ,北京和天津作为我国北方两个最大的城市从互惠互利、共同发展的目标出发 ,在遵循经济发展内在规律特别是市场经济规律的基础上 ,通过紧密合作 ,实现资源配置统一协调规划 ,经济结构调整优势互补 ,基础设施共享共用 ,经济政策协调统一 ,实现经济一体化 ,建立起我国北方最大、在世界上也具有较大影响和竞争力的经济中心 ,这是功在千秋的战略举措。中国在 2 0世纪 80年代崛起了珠江三角洲城市群 ,90年代崛起了长江三角洲城市群 ,如果在 2 1世纪再进一步崛起京津城市群 ,中国经济发展将以更加辉煌的成就出现在世界东方。通过建立具有竞争力的城市群带动整个国家经济的飞跃 ,已为世界经济发展实践证明是成功的经验

Of the Beijing-Tianjin Economic Integration:A Strategic Study

Summary: (1) To deal with the economic situation following China's accession of WTO, to respond the challenges competition in economy home and abroad, a Beijing Tianjin economic integration is urged to be taken into consideration. (2) To carry on a Beijing Tianjin economic integration should be aiming at an ampliest economic center in northern China bearing influential and competitive power in world economy. (3) An economic integration involving of two big cities should follow the principles of mutual benefit and co development to cope with the inner law of economy, especially the law of market economy. (4) It is expected that there will emerge a group of industrial cities about the area of Beijing and Tianjin accompanying with the fulfillment of the Beijing Tianjin economic integration in the 21 st century like that emerged in the delta of the Pearl River in 1980s and that emerged in the delta of the Lower Yangtze in 1990s. If a group of industrial cities so mentioned above emerging in the Beijing Tianjin area and thus giving impetus to promote the state economy to spur out a developing leap will be no doubt a cause throughout the ages; this has been proved to be a successful experience in world economic development.
