论精神资本与人力资源开发

人力资源开发是当今世界各国普遍重视的经济增长方式 ,通过人力资本投资 ,能够取得较高的资本投资收益率 ,已经得到企业界和理论界的普遍认可。在生产方式中 ,人和物是两种不同的客体 ,人是有思想、有情感的动物 ,精神因素直接影响到人在生产中的积极性 ,进而影响到劳动者的生产效率 ,因此 ,思想、情感和精神等人文因素是人力资本投资中必须重视的课题。文章拟从人力资源开发的角度出发 ,界定了人力资源开发中精神资本的本质、特征与功能 ,分析了精神资本在人力资源开发中运行机制与发展模式 ,对我国精神资本的现状进行了探究 ,提出了几点重构我国精神资本的建议

On spiritual capital and human resources exploration

It's now widely accepted that the human resources exploration is a way of economy development. It is now also commonly accepted that the human resources investment can gain higher returns of capital investment. In production means, man and substance are two different objects in that man has ideas and emotions. Spiritual factors have direct influence on people's productivity, thus influencing efficiency. So ideas and emotions are all important factors that should be paid much attention to. This paper, starting from human resources exploration, defines essence, characteristics and the functions of the human resources exploration. Meanwhile, it analyzes the functional mechanism and the developing mode of the spiritual capital. It puts forward some suggestions of reconstructing our spiritual capital.
