| 摘 要： | 风险投资是一种特殊的产融结合的方式。我国的风险投资业尚处于起步阶段,但随着科教兴国战略的实施和经济体制改革的深化,风险投资已经受到了广泛的关注并呈现出良好的发展前景。针对我国风险投资的现状和问题,提出进一步发展我国风险投资的构想。

| Abstract: | Venture capital is a special industrial financing way.Although the VC of our country is still at the initial stage,it has already received widespread attention and presented the broad development prospect with the implementation of strategy of scientific education as well as the economic system deepening reform.Due to the actuality and problem of our country's VC,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of developing VC in our country. |
