| 摘 要： | 高校合并为图书馆发展创造了空间 ,也为其摆脱困境 ,实现文献资源共建共享带来了机遇与挑战。为此 ,图书馆应做到 :整体规划 ,分工协作 ;发挥优势 ,突出特色 ;纸质文献与电子文献共存 ;加速计算机网络建设 ;重视数据库建设 ;拓宽服务领域 ,提高服务质量 ;规范管理 ,扩大共享范围 ;培养与提高图书馆员的综合素质。只有这样 ,图书馆的文献资源才能做到共建共享

| Abstract: | Colleges' combination makes a space for the development of colligate libraries, brings chances and challenges for documents constructing and sharing. For this reason, the libraries should share out the work and help one another, take advantages of self-superiority and characteristics, make full use of electronic documents together with paper documents, construct computer webs, develop service and management, and in addition,improve the quality of librarians. |
