台商在琼投资权益保护状况研究

台商在琼投资在海南社会经济发展中占有重要的地位。尽管海南省在保护台商在琼投资权益方面作了较大努力，但是，还存在一些问题，主要表现在：有关台商在琼投资的立法不足，对台商在琼投资的司法保护不力，对台商在琼投资的行政管理服务不到位等。必须强化台商在琼投资权益保护意识，完善台商在琼投资权益保护的地方性法规，加强对台商投资权益的司法保护，健全台商投资服务机构，转变行政机关工作作风，优化台商投资的社会环境，切实充分地保护台商在琼投资的各种合法权益。
