| 摘 要： | 从政府治理模式变迁的视角来探讨当前中国建立“服务型政府”问题。通过分析政府治理模式变革的深刻背景及根源,指出中国政府治理模式变革的方向是建立“服务型政府”,在明确阐述“服务型政府”治理模式的内涵的基础上,提出了建立“服务型政府”的路径。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the current problem of building a "service-based government" from the viewpoint of government-governing mode reforming.By analyzing the deep backgrounds and fountains of the government-governing mode reforming,the author points out that the destination of the government-governing mode reforming in our country is to build a "service-based government".Based on clearly clarifying the connotation of "service-based government",the auther puts forward the way to build a "service-based government". |
