| 摘 要： | 信息时代的图书馆具有文献载体的多样化、管理手段的现代化、服务方式的多元化和情报职能的深层化等特点，这就要求高校图书馆员要有扎实的图书馆专业知识及文献信息服务技能、计算机知识及技能、信息处理技能和较好的外语水平，因此，应加强对图书馆员的思想教育和业务培训。
