| 摘 要： | ＂奥肯定律＂是研究就业与经济增长之间关系的经验统计规律之一。本文通过验证＂奥肯定律＂在东北地区的适用性,得出就业与经济增长呈弱的负相关关系的分析结论。东北三省应把就业作为经济增长的基本目标,在经济增长中充分考虑就业效应,以实现经济振兴与就业增长的双赢。

| Abstract: | ＂Aukn＇s law＂ is one of experience rule about employment and economic growth.We verify the adaption of＂Aukn＇s law＂in northeast China and draw a conclusion that there is negative relationship between employment and economic growth.The government of northeast China should lay economic emphasis on employment and sufficiently consider employment effect on economic growth,so as to realize both economic prosperity and employment growth. |
