| 摘 要： | 文章针对辽宁省区域发展不协调的现状,结合区域经济学与公共财政学理论,从省市两级财政分析辽宁省区域发展与地方财政之间的关系,将金融环境和对外开放度纳入内生增长模型中,采用面板数据,分析两者之间的短期及长期的关联性,为辽宁省地方政府选择适合的区域财政支出结构提供理论依据.
