从吏治角度看“文景之治”

“文景之治”是中国古代史上公认的“盛世”之一,但主要由于汉文帝个人的原因,以及商品经济的复苏、黄老思想等多方面因素的相互作用,文景时期其实始终存在着较为严重的吏治腐败问题,并有愈演愈烈的趋势。在对“文景之治”和文帝、景帝进行整体把握和评价的时候,吏治腐败应该是一个不容回避的负面因素。
