写作主体从素养到能力的建构需要机制转化,即主要是学习过程的转化和写作过程的转化;写作主体能力系统的核心是思维能力,因为是思维支配着写作主体由理论回到实践,并且指挥着写作活动的整个过程;写作主体建构自己的思维能力,要广泛收集各种有效信息,恰当调整自身心理状态,努力开拓个体思维空间,经常使用多种思维方法,还要不断地寻找自我、发现自我。

The shifts required for the development of capability of the subject in writing mainly consist of two aspects: the shift in the study process and the shift in the writing process.The core of the whole capability system is the ability to think.That is because it is thinking that takes the subject back to practice from pure theories and conducts the whole writing process.To better develop the capability of thinking,the subject need to collect all kinds of information that is valid,adjust the mentality of his own,try to expand his thinking range,resort to various ways of thinking and,last but not least,keep exploring inside for the true value of himself.
