| 摘 要： | 拉里.戴蒙德是目前美国政治学界相当活跃的人物,关注发展中国家的政治民主化。他认为民主可以分为选举民主和自由民主,民主是发展的,民主包含悖论。他的民主巩固理论内容包括:民主巩固是取得广泛而深刻的合法性的过程;之所以要重视民主巩固,是因为民主可能出现倒退;民主巩固的主要措施是下放权力,培养民主政治文化,形成市民社会。在西方民主巩固研究史上,拉里.戴蒙德发挥了承先启后、继往开来的作用;他的民主巩固理论既是全面的,又是有重点和特色的。

| Abstract: | Larry Diamond is a very active political scientist in current American political-science field,who focuses on the study of democratization in developing countries.He argues that democracy should be classified into two categories: electoral and liberal.Democracy is developing and contains paradox.His theory of democratic consolidation consists of three parts: democratic consolidation is the process of getting legitimacy.We must pay attention to consolidation because there is the possibility that democracy could be reversed.The chief measures to consolidate democracy are to decentralize,to develop political culture and to establish civil society.Larry Diamond serves as a link between the past and the future in western study on democracy consolidation.His theory of democratic consolidation is comprehensive with emphasis and its own features. |
