| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化已成为当今世界一个突出的社会问题,我国已经步入了老龄化国家的行列。关注并开发城市老年社区,是我国住区建设的一个新课题。首先分析了我国老年社区产生的背景,并从老年人特殊的心理、生理要求着手,提出了老年社区建设的要求。然后,就我国目前老年社区建设的实施途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The increasing aging population has obviously become a socail problem wordwide. And the same is true of China. In the present construction of residential quarters, how to develop the old people community is also a new research project. Through the analysis of the background of the old people community and considering the specific psychological and physiological demands of the aged, requirements of the construction of the old people community as well as their implementation are also discussed here. |
