贵州少数民族地区人力资源开发研究

摘    要:人力资源作为推动现代社会经济发展的“倍增器”。已经成为决定一个国家或地区发展的重要因素之一。因此,如何进行人力资源开发。改善民族地区落后面貌具有举足轻重的作用。本文以贵州少数民族地区为例。描述了其人力资源数量增长快、劳动力资源丰富、质量不断改善、人口流动加快等现状。同时就进一步开发存在的障碍与机遇进行了分析。在此基础上。就新形势下提升贵州少数民族地区人力资源结构和水平等问题进行了思考。

Abstract:As the accelerator of modem socio-economy, human resources have been one of the important factors deciding the development of a country or area. Therefore, how to develop human resources plays a very important role in improving the backward situation of minority region. Take Guizhou province as an example, this paper describes the following aspects of minority region: the quick increasing number of human resources,plenty labor force,gradual improving in quality, etc. And this paper further analyzes its obstacles and opportunities, and points out that overcoming obstacles by making use of opportunities might quicken the process of human resources. Based on this, this paper ponders upon Guizhou minority region's human resource structure, development level, etc, under new condition.
