| 摘 要： | 传统农区工业化的性质属于次生中的次生,不能单纯地用次生工业化来描述,也不能照搬一般性的次生工业化理论.传统农区面临较强的制度性约束,企业家的产生以及发挥作用的土壤与经济制度密切相关,而实证分析也表明企业家的创业与创新精神与经济增长之间存在正向的相关关系.传统农区工业化必须重视企业家的作用,把企业家这一生产要素重新纳入经济分析中来.深化市场经济体制改革,创造一个能够鼓励生产性企业家产生的制度环境对传统农区工业化具有重要作用.
