论新时期中国共产党的基本执政经验

改革开放以来,中国共产党在领导中国人民建设中国特色社会主义的伟大事业之中逐步形成了基本的执政经验。其中,必须在坚持马克思主义指导地位的前提下实现党在指导思想上的与时俱进,必须树立"以人为本"的政治观,把密切党同人民群众的血肉联系当作一项严肃的政治任务来抓,必须加强对权力的制约和监督,建立科学的权力运行约束机制,必须在推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业的实践中加强党的执政能力和先进性建设等,应该是最重要的经验。

On the Basic Ruling Experience of the Chinese Communist Party from the New Era

Since reform and opening up,the CPC,in leading the Chinese people’s great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,has gradually gained much governing experience.For the experience,the following points are very important: we should adhere Marx’s doctrine and advance with times;we should take people as the foremost and be in close contact with masses;we must strengthen the restriction and supervision of power;we must establish the mechanism of power operation constraint;and we should strengthen the ruling ability of the party and its construction of advanced nature.
