| 摘 要： | 孙中山先生是中国铁路建设的积极倡导者。他提出的“交通为实业之母,铁路为交通之母”的著名论断,第一次从宏观上科学地阐述了铁路在国民经济中的重要地位。这一著名论断,不仅对20世纪20-30年代中国铁路建设高潮的兴起有着重要的促进作用,而且对新中国建立后中国铁路的建设和发展仍具有促进作用。孙科作为南京国民政府成立后的首任铁道部部长,他继承父志,努力发展中国铁路事业。
