民间高利贷是唐代社会经济生活的重要组成部分,本文通过分析唐代民间高利贷对社会的影响和官方行为对民间高利贷的影响,得出了以下结论:民间高利贷对社会的影响有破坏性和积极性两方面,尽管官方对民间高利贷持压制态度,但官方高利贷在客观上还是促进了民间高利贷的繁荣,提高了民间高利贷的利率。

The Extensive Influence of Non-governmental Usury Federation on the Society in Tang Dynasty

Non - governmental usury federation was a very important part in Tang dynasty’s social economic life. Aiming to the study of the non-governmental usury federation in Tang dynasty,the extensive influence of non-governmental usury federation on the society and of the government’s behavior on the non-governmental usury federation are respectively studied. It concludes that the influence of non-gov-ernmental usury federation on the society has: the active side and the passive side. Although the Tang government didn’t advocate the non-governmental usury federation,the governmental usury federation objectively accelerat the flourish of the non-governmental usury federation and raised the interest rate.
