| Abstract: | Within the planned economy system,government's full function has not yet applied to the market-oriented system.However,governental function shift is the inevitable trend and outcome of the times.But how to shift the governmental function has been an important matter in the present Chinese economic life.The function evolution of governmental function in the Western market economy in the past several hundred years may bring us much inspiration. |
