| 摘 要： | 电子货币的出现引起了各国中央银行的高度关注,从中央银行的监管实践看,美联储与欧洲中央银行采取了明显不同的态度,美联储主张采取“等等看”的态度,欧洲中央银行则主张管制电子货币的发行。那么,现阶段中央银行到底应采取何种管制态度?作者试图给出较优选择。

| Abstract: | The paper investigates into the different attitudes of the U.S. Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank towards the electronic currencies now prevalent. While the former holds a wait-and-see position, the latter advocates active supervision and control over the issuing of the electronic currency. The authors further discuss the measures they think advantageous in such supervision. |
