对产业结构调整中教育结构体系建设的思考

随着经济的发展、改革的深入,我国产业结构正面临着重大调整。产业结构的调整对教育科类(专业)结构、教育层次结构、教育区域结构的调整和发展提出了新的要求。构建教育结构体系时必须遵循与社会发展的整体要求相适应、与受教育者终身学习的多样化需求相适应、与社会发展相对适应的原则,把握人才需求类型的多样性与教育结构体系多样化、城乡结构和人才结构与教育结构体系等的关系,建构结构合理、规模适当、效益显著、质量优良的教育体系,使教育事业与社会主义现代化建设的全局相适应。

Consideration on the Building of Educational Structure System in the Adjustment of Industrial Construction

With the development of the economic reform, it is urgent and necessary to adjust the Chinese industrial construction. The reform of industrial construction raises the new requirements for the adjustment and development of the educational major, levels and region. Only when certain principles are obeyed and several relations are handled well can the reasonable educational construction with proper scale, big profit and best quality be formed. Thus, the goal of education serving the economy and supplying the insurance function for the labor resource can be achieved which can meet the needs of the whole modernization of socialism.
