| 摘 要： | 要使图书馆的创新服务有实质性的突破，必须借助第三代移动通信（3G）强有力的技术平台。首先阐述了移动图书馆的现状、存在的问题以及3G的特点；然后论述了3G为移动图书馆的快速发展带来的巨大生机及其创造的优势网络环境，证明3G时代移动图书馆创新服务意义深远。

| Abstract: | The issuance of the 3rd Generation(3G) licenses provides strong support for the development of 3G,which brings great vitality to the service innovation of mobile libraries.In this context,this article briefs the status-quo and existing problems mobile libraries as well as the characteristics of 3G.Following that the opportunities brought by 3G for innovative services of mobile libraries are described,together with a depiction of 3G's strength in network environment. |
