通过回顾我国社区建设的历程,描述当前社区建设的现状,在借鉴国际社区发展趋势的基础上,分析今后一段时期我国社区建设的基本走向:社区建设发展梯度格局; 社区服务将向着追求质量的方向发展社区管理与服务手段呈现代化型转变;社区建设的推动力政府直接参与转向非营利组织和居民自治组织能力增强的发展趋势。

On The Thought of Community Construction and Development in China

Through reviewing the course of the community construction in China, the paper states the present situation of the current community construction;Based on learning from the tendency of international community development, it analyzes the basic trend that the community will be constructed:the community construction will development in the gradient pattern;the community service will pursue its fine quality; the community management and the service means will present a modernization; the community construction will be a developing tendency from the government's direct participation into a nonprofitable and residential self-ruling organization.
