基于社会计算视角的社会管理科学化与创新方法研究

我国正处于经济转型期,而经济社会间的发展失衡就要求我们将转变社会管理体制,加强社会管理的创新步伐放在首要位置上。传统的社会管理体制存在较多弊端,已不能适应现阶段社会分化、虚拟社会飞速发展的需要。社会计算是一门基于若干学科的新兴交叉学科,能够建立一整套以计算科学为工具的研究方法,并实现三个方面的社会管理创新方法,即基于技术的方法创新、基于思想意识的方法创新和实现经验积累与借鉴的方法创新。利用社会计算这一新的平台,可实现在新时期加强和创新社会管理的有益尝试,达到沟通、倾听、辅助决策的作用。

Research on Innovative Approaches to Scientific Social Management Based on Social Computing Perspective

China is in the process of economic transition,while the imbalance between society and economic development requires that we should put the changes in the social management system and strengthen the pace of innovation on the most important position.Although there are still many defects in traditional social management system,it can not meet the current social requirement and？the need for rapid development of virtual community.Social computing is an emerging discipline based on a number of cross-disciplinary;it can establish a set of computational science as a tool in research methods,and to achieve three aspects of social management as follows： innovative technology-based on approach,innovative approach based on ideology,implementation experience and leaning ways to innovate.In the development process,the use of this new platform can help realize communication,listening,supporting decision-making in the new period of social management of the useful and innovative attempts.
