应加强非国有企业合法权益的刑法保护

非国有企业是随着我国经济体制改革的逐步推进而不断发展、壮大的。在此过程中，我国制定了大量的法律法规以确认、维护非国有企业的合法权益，促进其加快发展。但与国有企业相比，非国有企业合法权益的法律保护、特别是刑法保护已显不力。我们应正视非国有企业蓬勃发展而其合法权益可能遭到严重损害的事实，依据政策和宪法的规定及其他部门法的要求，加强非国有企业合法权益的刑法保护。

Strengthen the Protection of Criminal Law to the Legitimate Interests of Non-State-Owned Enterprises

The non-state-owned enterprises in china are developing with the advancing of the reform of economic system.Agreat quantity of laws and regulations have been made to confirm and protect legitimate interests of non-state-owned enterprises,to accelerate its development.Compared with the state-owned enterprises,however,the protection of law,especially of criminal law,is not efficient enough.we should strengthenthe protection of criminal law to the legitimate interests of non-state-owned enterprises,facing up to the fact of the rapid development of non-state-owned enterprises,and the possible serious infringement to the legitimate interests of it ,and according to the policy,constitution and the relative branch laws.
